Damaged/Incorrect order/missing items
Please ensure you check your order within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. This means opening your boxes and checking all items including any flat-pack items.
Please report missing items, or order issues etc. to our team as per the below.
Any issues must be reported within this timeframe to email@example.com referencing your 1. Order Number, 2. Images and 3. Details of any issues/missing items.
We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage and will arrange for collection of the damaged items as applicable. All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be assessed thoroughly to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear or intentional damage which cannot be covered by our returns policy. In some cases, the item may need to be sent to the manufacturer for them to investigate, which can take up to working 20 days. Faulty items returned after the regular returns period of 28 days can be professionally repaired and returned to you at no extra cost. If the item is unrepairable we will offer you a full refund, credit note or replacement (at our discretion) depending on the extent and nature of the damage.We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise, a refund or credit will be issued at our discretion.
Issues reported more than 3 working days post-delivery are not covered.
